Call for Artists, Making Money at Juried Art Fairs, Craft Shows and Festivals

What's the case for or against allowing a festival attendee to photograph your work? Is there a "standard practice" and/or proper etiquette in this regard?

When people go through a show and photograph artists’ work with their phones, they’ve already acquired for free their mobile “art gallery.” If they come through the show with a high resolution digital camera, they are there to rip you off. No photography period ... signage, polite but direct statements, etc. - whatever it takes to protect your work as much as possible.
