Call for Artists, Making Money at Juried Art Fairs, Craft Shows and Festivals

Hi all,

I have been searching the archives hoping someone posted this at some point- does anyone know an approx. weight and size of a tramline/crafthut type canopy for shipping? I want to do an estimate for someone without carrying the entire set up to the UPS store...

Call flourish and ask.

Thank you! I did, they were very helpful. Turns out I have a Craft hut so the numbers may be a little different... but I will post them separately when I have them for anyone needing them in the future!

You don't have to go to UPS store to weigh.

Just use a bathroom scale.

Anything that does not sit, easily on the scale, you can carry while on the scale, then weigh yourself yourself alone, then deduct your weight. Easy math.

Larry's idea of calling Flourish is correct. They ship them all the time.

The big expense in shipping is the poles and fittings as well as the bulk of the poles.
