Propanels vs Armstrong panels - are parts interchangeable?

What are there any differences in Propanel and Armstrong panels (I have never seen the Armstrong)- weight, durablility, color. Online they look the same and have pretty much the same measurements.

Could Armstrong accessories be used on Propanels? - l
