Time to click away on those Facebook likes once again, AFIers. A few minutes here and there and we all benefit.
What does a "like" on your FB page do for you? Clicking and sharing appears on your friends pages which can lead to new discussions, introductions, new friends and relationships that can lead to new business. Even better though is if you "share" information and leave comments and make it into a conversation. FB statistics like that a lot and pushes your info up higher in visibility which brings you more connections!
Recently I was the winner of fiber artist Lena Thynell's Facebook page and received a very cool prize that she was offering to reach 100 Likes, these wristlets:
So just for fun what do you think of this idea for those of you with new Business pages on Facebook: The 100 "Likes" Give Away Gift?" Does anyone have a fledgling FB business page where they'd like to offer this? a 100 "likes" gift?
Show us your Facebook page, we'll like, share, comment and you can even start a giveaway to drive even more traffic and make even more new "friends."
Here are my Facebook pages:
https://www.facebook.com/artfairinsiders - for AFI
https://www.facebook.com/artfairs?fref=ts - for ArtFairCalendar.com
. Do you "like it?" Like it and come back here to report in, etc.
I have a page that I just started not to long ago. I think it helps, I've gotten sales through it :)
I already liked AFI but I didn't realize there was a page for artfaircalendar.com! YAY! So, I liked that one too.
I am in agreement with Jan Raven...Pictures are the best source of interaction with those that like my page and using links or backlinking to your FB page, blog, website really really helps.
Here is my page... https://www.facebook.com/kimshirleyoriginals
Just got my first Facebook page setup – any likes would be greatly appreciated. I’ll do the same.
I don’t think getting likes will help you in any way specially the fake ones. These fake likes or exchanged liked would just be help full for nothing. Everyone including facebook knows the difference between genuine likes and the fake ones because you won’t have enough engagement on your page.
I'll give this a try, too. Despite having had it for years, my FB business page is just limping along. I can't tell that's it's led to anything.
My Facebook page is www.facebook.com/artbykelly , I would appreciate any new likes! I will like your page back. Thanks in advance, ~Kelly
