Call for Artists, Making Money at Juried Art Fairs, Craft Shows and Festivals
OMG, NO! Turn back, it's a trap! I did it once, and that was once too often. Long hours, crap locations, it's in a large upscale shopping center/town center, beastly terrible weather conditions for the most part with asphalt reflecting sun and heat, and poor marketing by the organizers. And those are the good points about the show. Admittedly, it was 5 years ago but I've heard no good tales about it since. Here's my report on it; http://www.artfairinsiders.com/profiles/blogs/show-review-easton-ar...
Thank you so much. I don't need to waste my time or money on shows that are not worthy.
When I lived in Ohio, I never heard anyone say that they did this show.
Others that may be worth looking at---Kettering-1 day in Aug, Upper Arlington-1 day, I think, Sept. Also a show in Westerville, 2 day in July, but have no idea how it is doing currently, as well as Worthington 2 day in June, again I have not kept up with it.
