Hope, it might be too heavy for you to manage alone. The assembly requires more height than brawn, but it weighs quite a bit. It is not like an EZ-up, but if you'd like to drive over and give it a look, be my guest.

Ok. I know that any upgrade in tent is going to be more difficult than an EZ-Up (unfortunately :( ). I'm just not sure if some are easier than others. What is included in the $650? If there is no awning, is there an awning zipper?

No awning, but I'm not sure about the zipper. Never used it. So you get all the pipes, the barrel-shaped canopy, four zippered sides, a special canvas bag just for the pipes, and a mesh bag for the sides. You oughtta just come see it. We can set it up when you get here.
