I think they carry that at Joann Fabrics in the upholstery department but I always check out Ebay when looking for something specific.  Below is just one example of what they had.

Thanks, but this looks like what I got at Lowe's which says not to use on vinyl.  Guess I'd better call Flourish to see what they recommend.

Flourish has velcro without adhesive, and they use a special vinyl adhesive to stick the velcro on. Call them, and they will sell you a little jar of vinyl adhesive. You can get white velcro hook and loop from them as well. Won't be the cheapest but it will be the right stuff. They use it for awning corners and other stuff.

I called them yesterday and they said they could sew some velcro to vinyl which I could then glue to the tent with a super vinyl glue.  I decided since I already had the other velcro I'd give it a try first.  If it only lasts one fair then I'll shell out more money for the Flourish solution.  Thanks Jim.
