After all my booth fees I didn't have funds to create a professional website. I asked the web wizards if there was a good free site. Thank you Jim for recommending weebly.com. Looks pretty decent, don't you think??

Excuse my sentences or miss spellings, I have to ask my husband to help me to correct it. English is not my 1st language, just learned it 10 years ago, but you can check it out in the meantime at : www.carlabank.com

hope this helps more artist that need a site, it was so easy to make.

  • Thanks Jim! Learning from the masters! Someday I will be able to make it fancier. For now it does the job and works for what I need it to :) Thank you for your advice
  • Weebly works. TypePad works. WordPress works. And your site looks great, Carla. It has links, it identifies who YOU are, and what you do. Can't ask for more than that. I gave it the customer acid test -- I looked for a current show schedule so I could look you up. Lo and behold, there it was! Good job.
  • Right?? Thanks for the expert's advice. I had my domain for over 3 years and never did anything with it because either I didn't have the time or the money. This one was so simple to do it. It took me just couple days. I tried to do sites in the past but took me months, it was complicated and I'm sure it is with professional ones but this one does the job ;)
  • This is good...congrats to you Carla and many thanks (again) to Jim Parker for his generosity on this site.

In addition another inexpensive way to go is with Typepad.com - which is what I use for three of my sites. I just choose the templates and type! Amazingly easy. Who knew?

  • Wow. And I've spent a week straight trying to learn Joomla and got nowhere.  This looks great Carla!
