Open to all artists in the IL, IA, WI tri-state area.The Galena Mardi Gras Planning Committee is looking for artists interested developing artwork for the 2011 event. The competition allows artists to use any reproducible medium (painting, drawing, photography, collage, etc.). All entries will be on display at the Galena Welcome Center September 28 – October 11, 2010. Artists will have the opportunity to put their pieces up for sale while on display.
