Sausalito and Sun Valley - fun
- Worst show ever and why
- Art in the Park , Missoula MT - booth location on asphalt in 100+ degree weather. Customers went right past booths on the street to get to the cooler park area. Barely made booth fee and got tar from the asphalt all over everything.

Have they been consistent with their fees and charges? Have they surprised you at any point with undisclosed charges/fees?
Also, I called their 1-800 and regular number but no one seems to be there (standard voice mail). How do they handle customer suppoirt/ merchant issues, customer support? Are they 24/7/365? Customer support / technical support is an important issue for me as well.
