Michael,
I have a few more questions on the mug tree. Are you looking at something that's painted or a stained wood? How many pegs do you want? And do you want the pegs straight out at a 90 deg from the post or at an upward angle? If straight out then the peg should have a mushroom type end to it so the mug doesn't slip off. If at an angle then they would be just be straight on the end. And for the last question, on the post, do you want just 4 sided or 6 sided or more?

The least expensive would be a simple stained clear pine which has no knots, 4 sided with straight pegs at an upward angle. I have a large mug I bought at a fair a few years ago so I used that as a gauge. I figured about 5 pegs per side for a total of 20. Now I also was just thinking of only one mug per peg but I guess it could be more by making the pegs longer. I lied. One more question. What is your budget on this tree, without shipping?

Jim
