The festival was only open to the public on Saturday and Sunday . There were 2 days of set up that started on Thursday and continued into Friday. If you did not have a Friday set up time, you weren't supposed to be there.…"

Wesley Chapels Celebration of the Arts

The 4th annual Celebration of the Arts was put on by the Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce. Wesley Chapel is in Pasco county about 25 miles outside of Tampa and 94 miles outside of Orlando.
