What are the best things about art fairs
Meeting other artists.
Best show ever and why
Silverthorne CO .
Worst show ever and why
Lubbock. It was advertised to the public as a show to bring your children to learn about the arts. They had tables out front for kids to learn how to play music instruments, how to draw, etc. Then they actually had a drumming circle in the vendor hall with over 40 kids learning about drumming circles. They were drumming every other hour, inside, with the artists trying to sell artwork. No one on my row made their booth fee.
Who referred you to ArtFairInsiders.com? Please be specific.
I posted a discussion on Face Book about how awful the Lubbock show was and asked questions to the public on how to find reviews on shows. Someone sent me here.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I was on HGTV Crafters Coast To Coast demonstrating wax carving and lost wax casting.
