Best show ever and why
SOFA Chicago for the variety of artists/artworks chosen for show, fur the guest speakers and glass demos, and the welcoming vibe towards students and young artists. SOFA is no longer running but I will always remember what it was like to first attend as a young high school art student seeing the works of contemporary artists; as if a world of possibility, imagination, and materials had revealed itself.
Worst show ever and why
Chicago Millenium Arts Fest 2014. It was 40 degrees on the last day in May, with freezing, constant rain and wind. The artists and vendors were visibly but understandably miserable. Several had taken down their booth and packed out in the middle of the day, or didn't show at all, and the remains of at least one damaged tent was abandoned.

What is one fun fact about yourself?
I'll work on my craft any chance I get but my most enjoyable times are among other creatives who are also working on their art, be they friends, fam, classmates, strangers.
