I was recently wait listed for a show. Not wanting to see the "not invited" in my face when I signed into Zapp I archived the show. I was recently told that my status changed from the wait list to invited. However when I go into the application in Zapp since I archived it, I cannot accept or pay. Their forum says I have to email them to move the application back to active, but they don't seem to answer email on weekends, much less long weekends and I will miss the deadline if it doesn't get changed by tomorrow. Anyone know if there is a solution?

The phone number for ZAPP is 888-562-7232. They are located in Denver and open about 9:30AM so plan accordingly. You've already been told to contact the show. I agree, by telephone and email.
In the past, the show was responsible for enabling the archiving of their applications and it wouldn't happen until after the show took place. There's obviously something wrong with the system if you're able to archive an application prior to the show taking place. And, why would you archive a show that you were placed on the wait list for?

Call the show and leave a message. Also email them and mention your mistake. They'll most likely be able to put you in the show. I don't know if they can open up the application system and move your archived application, but they will most likely show you grace.
How did you get informed that your status had been changed from wait-listed to invited if you did in fact archive the application? Archiving moves pending applications into the boneyard and removes it from your current zapplications list. Never mind, no need to explain. Good luck with the show!
You might want to contact the show directly and explain the situation. A lot of times they will let you pay your fee directly
