So in my limited experience, when I'm juried in to a show I pay my booth fee and am assigned my spot where I'll spend the next two or three days.  In the case of Telfair, they sent me a street map and gave me a range from which to choose.  The booth fees range from $650 to $350.  the $350 booths aren't a part of the patron preview party so I'm ruling that out since I think the more exposure the better.

It looks like any of the red, blue or yellow would be good locations.  I can arrange my booth for corner or not.  Is there a strategy for choosing a prime booth location?   any input is greatly appreciated.

Red - $650

Blue-$550

yellow-$450

Green-$350

Thank you!

  • I chose a green spot because I am staying at the Ellis Square Inn and the green booths are judged for the awards just not included in the art party...which is fine with me. They had originally said these booths would not be judged but they were incorrect and sent an email correcting that info. I hope it will be a good show.

  • Hi Kathy, This set up is new for Telfair. I did the show last year and the entire event was located under one large tent. I had the fortune of being located next to one of the food stations for the preview party and the reverse  of being at the end of the dead end isle during the rest of the show. I still had a good show. But in regards to this year, I think I am going to like the new set up as it seems it will open the event more for the vendors and to the public. I agree I would opt for one of the other booth choices in lieu of the green. Congratulations on your acceptance.
    • Thank you, Tonya!  I've heard this is a good show and I feel fortunate to be included.  I look forward to meeting you!
