I have an old model EZ Up Express canopy. The original thin nylon carrying bag is shot and needs replacement. I only use it for one day shows, when I don’t want to take the time to set up my “good” sturdy canopy. Mine could be called “vintage”. It has a steel frame with old style scissor bars and center post, not the newer kind with more (I don’t know how else to describe it) and shorter scissor bars.
I don’t know if the size and diameter of the closed EZ Up frame has changed over the years, that’s why I ask.
I quickly googled replacement bags then saw there are so many canopy models, I want to make sure I have one that will fit my EZ up before ordering. It seems like all the replacements are black, too, which makes it hard to see how they work, how they close, the presence of handles, etc.
I also don’t want to spend a lot, as this one gets used maybe 3-4 times a year. I tried doing without the bag, but found it too hard to slide in and out of the van, as I just have to kind of jam it in with all the other things. I really need the handles.
