Call for Artists, Making Money at Juried Art Fairs, Craft Shows and Festivals
Maybe I'm just missing it, but I couldn't find any discussions on bags.... you know, paper bags for sales?
I also sell jewelry and I often will use the brown paper bags you can buy in the dollar stores/wal-mart, etc. The bags are the lunch sack size. I will then decorate them with stamping and/or labels with my logo on them. During the evenings, I will also stuff each bag with a business card, that way the customer will have a card as a reminder of my website and I have received extra sales that way as well.
I have recently switched to using the clear reclosable clear bags with a label on them. I then instruct my customers to keep their sterling silver and gold filled items in the bag to prevent tarnishing.
