Call for Artists, Making Money at Juried Art Fairs, Craft Shows and Festivals
Once applied for, how long does it take to get a Wisconsin tax ID?
I am considering a couple of Wisconsin shows this year, but I don't want to apply for a tax ID unless I get into one of them. Is there enough time to apply for an ID in between the time that I have been accepted to a show and the show date?

I applied for my tax ID the week before I was in a show there. I remember getting my # after the show, but it didn't seem to matter. I would wait, if I were you. I have to file quarterly, for that one show. I do it online, but Wisconsin's website is the most difficult I have used! Incredible amount of security.
