Hello community! I'm a jewelry artist who is a newbie to the art fair world. I would appreciate any advice about making sure my booth shots meet approval. Also, when they ask for shots of my work, are they asking for pictures of single pieces, collections, or groupings? Thank you in advance for your help.

I suggest going to some of the websites of shows that you are interested in applying and see if they have any photos of jeweler's work. Those would be the photos that were accepted into their jurying.
