Sara, I have the same setup as you (Trimline and Mesh walls) Three years ago I did a show that had a 10 X 8 requirement. Flourish sell the conversion pieces, you can buy the shorter pieces of pipe to make the tent walls narrower. You then can convert your mesh 10' panel to 8' see: http://www.flourish.com/more_instructions_index.html (Converting 10' walls to 8'walls). This is the same principle that is used if you have a back door and mesh panels.
I'm not saying that this is the best way to go, but it did work for me. That said, I've not used the conversion kit since but I figured at the time, renting pro-panels would probably cost about the same. BTW, if you're handy, you could also buy 1'' pipe at any hardware store and make your own.
Cheers,
Leo
Permalink Reply by Sara Youngman on August 8, 2010 at 6:46pm Handy I'm not. I'll have to call Luke at Flourish on Monday to see how much the conversion kit costs. I was hoping not to have to set the whole tent up (minus canopy and vinyl walls of course). Would be nice to do one art fair where I'm not exhausted before it begins!

The other 2 walls bend in the center, so could do a 5' wide. Can't believe no one has had to come up with something like this before.
Is this going to be the first time artfairinsiders fails me????
What??? Any mesh panel can be convertible. Sara, you pull the aluminum metal strips out of top and bottom of your mesh panels and then you take a hacksaw and cut it to size you need. Call Flourish and they will walk you though it.
