Hi everyone!
So I made the big financial leap of ordering 12 brand spanking new breakdown panels yesterday. I did not order the Haul it they have, because I saw something similar for a hundred dollars less on e-bay. However, my husband pointed out the wheels are 4 inches rather than the 6 inches on the haul it panel cart. Will the 2 extra inches of wheel make a big difference if I need to push the cart over grass and curbs? I see the rock and roll cart also has big wheels and has been recommended in previous discussions. Would this cart hold the panels as well as the panel carts I mentioned? I really want to protect my investment and save my back. Below are links to the haul it & the snap-loc panel cart I am debating in between these two mostly.

i have the Rock & Roller 112 All Terrain cart and am able to fit the panels lengthwise between the handles.
it transports everything for my entire display plus all my artwork very easily. It is great...!
I added a plywood top to the cart that bolts on and it now doubles as my booth table when set up. It is a great place to put a few pieces of my work for display and also is perfect as a place to set my ipad and receipt book.My wife made a custom cover for it and we are able to store all of our storage containers underneath.
Since ordering, I have used the Haul it cart a ton. I did have some parts that did not align when it first shipped, but Propanel quickly resolved the issue and sent parts that were would properly snap into the carriage. Since then it has been working smoothly. It is definitely worth it's weight in gold. I only wish I had it when I moved. I am even lending it to a friend later today who is moving.

I'm not going to tell you not to get that cart, though if you do, I recommend getting it from Pro Panels because you know who they are and they stand behind their products.
But what I will suggest is to consider other options and not buy a cart just for your panels if it might not work as well as other carts with everything else you need to transport from your vehicle.
The gold standard in hand trucks used to be the Magliner. I've had the Gemini Sr. when I drove a large cube truck and when I downsized to a van sold it and purchased the Gemini Jr.

If you get one, make sure to get foam tires so they won't go flat and at least one wheel lock so it won't roll when loading or unloading.
Will it hold Pro Panels? Yes but it will take a little ingenuity. I first did this for the larger hand truck and then did it again for the smaller one. I cut a 24 inch wide piece of 1/2 inch plywood the length of the body plus six inches and notched it out for the handle. What it did is widen the body and make it much more secure to transport my boxes. Then when I transported my Pro Panels, I pulled the board up over the raised end of the hand truck and laid the Pro panels flat.
When I downsized to a minivan, I no longer use the Magliner or the Pro Panels. I purchased a RockNRoller All Terrain R12RT with foam no flat wheels and use mesh walls which fit better in my vehicle.

Yes absolutely, the larger diameter wheels will make a significant difference when rolling on rough or irregular surfaces it will be much easier.
