Depends. Do you know how to photograph your work so your images are competitive in the jury room? It sounds like you don't know what a jury slide is, which is OK if your photographer does. Look at the photographs of artwork on this page and use it as a guide when you photograph your work:

Is there a photographer in the York/Lancaster area you can recommend for jury slides? Pittsburgh is just a tad far.

What kind of work do you have? I can recommend photographers but I'm the closest I know of to where you live.

I'm not doing this to solicit work, though I won't turn it down. Give me a call and we'll see what can be worked out.
